Advice required - upgrade to 5.0.x

Evening all,

I have a few gigs coming up in the next few weeks and then some more in the summer. I am always wary about version jump upgrading. Avoid it on the Mac until Denon declares it completely safe (still regretting updating to Tahoe, looks awful).

I’ll have to bite the bullet and move to 5.0.x eventually, but just wondering how others with the Prime Go are getting on with the latest update.

This unit has never failed me in a gig so far, but I usually have a good few weeks of testing before heading out. I won’t upgrade before the two gigs in the next week, but just after thoughts ahead of the July gig.

I wouldn’t bother updating until the audio dropout bug is fixed.

Stay on 4.3.4 for now, there are too many glitches and hangs on 5.0.1 for it to be worthwhile.

Thank you both, appreciated. I’ll hold off, maybe until a 5.1.x or a get a good break in gigs for testing.
