Can we add the feature to edit the star rating on the prime4 instead of only on engine on oc/mac?? Would be so helpful as I often upload new music in bulk playlists and find the bangers as mix through them. Would be good to rate them live.

In my opinion it would ALSO be better to be able to edit the tags of the MP3 file, in addition to the rating. Look here, and cast your vote:

Any updates on this? It’s 2023 and still not possible to either edit tags or edit star rating on prime screen.

There’s a feature request pending for this.
You can add one of your ten forum votes to that request, if you haven’t done so already.
Lots of other user requests have been added over the last few years, so maybe star ratings on prime screens is working its way toward some future firmware.

You’ll find that very feature already has a request you can vote on. Votes alone don’t guarantee success in getting it installed, but the dev team do look at it.

this is the thread. I also agree… when I work my way through a playlist ive been provided or play through a Beatport 100, it woudl be very nice for me to be able to go back, search all the 4-5 stars I did during the set and make a setlist from those…
