I have purchased a new numark mixstream pro go. I have registered this product in my account on the inmusic website. I wanted to receive your 2-month free trial of SoundSwitch 2.0, but I need the serial number of the packaging as AXXXXXXXXXXX, and the serial number on the numark product is NXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. How can I get your 2-month free trial of SoundSwitch 2.0?
I contacted SoundSwitch support, but they didn’t answer me.

I’ve checked our support portal and couldn’t find any emails from the address you mentioned earlier. However, I can see the support ticket you created two days ago, and it is in our system. We’ll follow up on this.
